West Steamboat Springs area is just a few miles west of Steamboat Springs. Subdivisions in this area include Heritage Park, Steamboat II, Silver Spur Estates and West End Village.
Throughout the U.S. Highway 40 corridor, homes are usually more affordable compared to Steamboat Downtown and Mountain areas. There is also Steamboat Golf Club nearby, Bear River Bike and Skate Park.
